Fresh energy and eager buyers have boosted activity — pending sales jumped 5.2% in March compared to last year. Sellers are stepping up too, with 9,161 new listings hitting the NWMLS in March 2025, a healthy 14.1% increase from March 2024. That means buyers have plenty to explore, with 2.15 months of inventory giving them more choices and opportunities to find their perfect match. Here's to a season of new beginnings and new homes!
